Arcane Resistance is a passive gnome racial trait, granting them a 1% reduction to all Arcane damage taken.

Patch changes

• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Redesigned. Now reduces all arcane damage taken by 1%.
  
• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Redesigned. Now grants arcane resistance by an amount equal to the caster's level.
  
• Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): Enemy players can now counter this racial with additional hit chance.
  
• Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Redesigned. Now reduces the chance to be hit by arcane spells by 2%.

  Previously granted +10 arcane resistance at all levels.
