Arcane Aberrants are arcane elementals found in Coldarra in the Borean Tundra and the Beyond during the 
[Aluneth] questline.
Abilities
Arcane Barrage — Launches several missiles at the enemy target, inflicting Arcane damage.
Arcane Missiles — Launches magical missiles at an enemy, inflicting Arcane damage every 1 sec. for 5 sec.
Quickening — Spell haste increased by 200%.
