Apexis Guardians can be found in Blade's Edge Mountains. A guardian is summoned from an apexis monument for 35 
[Apexis Shard].

Notes
- While a group of at least 4 level 70s are needed, it can be easily soloed at max level, providing you memorise the pattern and stay in a position where you can click the buttons (the middle of the relic is best).
- Apexis Guardians are likely intended to be the same as the Apexis guardians.
