Apex Point is the upper level of the Parhelion Plaza inside Sunwell Plateau, which can be accessed after going up the stairs and crossing the watchtower points. The first boss Kalecgos can be found here. A nightmarish version of Kalecgos' arena called the Inner Veil is entered during the encounter.
