The Ani-Matter Orb is provided for 
[53-60W] Ani-Matter Animator. After the quest has been completed, the orb can be obtained again by speaking to Synder Sixfold.
Using this item near the Bone Mass on the southern end of the Ossein Foundry will summon Zargox the Reborn, a rare mob.
