Amberseal Keeper dropped from Lord Kazzak in the Blasted Lands and later, during the Dark Portal Opens event, from Highlord Kruul (who had the same loot table).
During the Warcraft's Anniversary event, the event version of Lord Kazzak drops a level-scaled version.
