Alor'el (Darnassian for lover's leaf) is a type of plant with heart-shaped leaves curling along graceful branches. They were common thousands of years ago, but as of the Cataclysm the plants are now gradually dying out across Kalimdor. According to an ancient but completely unfounded kaldorei legend, the alor'el will only bloom for a couple who shares a perfect love. The plant also possesses tendrils, which, if the plant does bloom, become covered with its flowers.

Shandris Feathermoon managed to procure one of these rare plants as her wedding present to Tyrande Whisperwind and Malfurion Stormrage. She was overjoyed when she came across it in their home, about to bloom.
