- Use: Shoots a firework that bursts into the Alliance symbol.
The Alliance Fireworks were contained within the 
[Spoils of Theramore] loot bag which was acquired upon completing the level-85 version of Theramore's Fall scenario before the release of Mists of Pandaria.
