Agna the Fowl is a Crawliac harpy found atop Windripper Peak in Highmountain and attempting to claim the Skyhorn while the World Quest 
[45WQ] Retake the Skyhorn is available. She has a roc companion named Skawn.
Abilities
Dark Twister — Summons a Dark Twister at the enemy destination. Enemies caught in the twister are pulled into it, suffering Shadow damage every 1 sec for 4 sec.
Foul Blast — Hurls a foul bolt at the enemy, inflicting Shadow damage and additional Shadow damage every 5 sec for until cancelled.
