Agent Smith is a human located at the Legerdemain Lounge in Dalaran and partnered with Agent Jones during 
[10-45] The Bloody Truth. Smith and Jones were ordered to kill Amber Kearnen by Mathias Shaw (whose appearance was, at the time, being used by Detheroc). Tracking her through the Broken Isles, they made their hit in Dalaran.

- Agent Smith is voiced by Patrick Seitz.
- He is a reference to Will Smith's character in the Men in Black franchise, in which he and Tommy Lee Jones play two secret agents dressed in black suits and sunglasses.
- Agent Smith has glowing Death Knight eyes beneath his glasses.
