Admiral Dvorek is a human quest giver located in several locations throughout the Shimmering Expanse. He is first found inside Nespirah (Alliance only), where he is looking to find weapons and gear for the revolting Alliance slaves inside her. After he and the other Alliance slaves rendezvoused with the Alliance adventurer, Dvorek aided the beleaguered Alliance members in forming a resistance against the hostile naga of Vashj'ir. Although he led some impressive raids on the naga stationed at the Ruins of Vashj'ir, his forces were ultimately overwhelmed by the naga's vast numbers and the admiral was killed during an attack on his forward post.
