The Adept's Medal was obtainable from the Challenger's Bounty at a level 11 or higher Mythic+ dungeon. One medal is awarded at a Mythic+ 11, increasing by one up to 4x medals at Mythic+ 14. At Mythic+ 15, only one is awarded along side 
[Master's Trophy] instead of [Champion's Trophy].
Patch changes
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): This item no longer provides artifact power. Quality changed from rare to poor.
