The Abandoned Mail can be found atop the mailbox in Havenshire for death knights who have completed the quest 
[8-30] The Scarlet Harvest. Interacting with the mail starts the quest [8-30] Abandoned Mail, which has players steal the 
[News From The North] out of the mail on the way to High General Abbendis.
