A Tiny Set of Warglaives is sold by Falara Nightsong in Mardum, the Shattered Abyss for 1,000 
after completing

It summons a Demon Hunter Pepe on the players head; this toy functions separately from the traditional whistle, 
[Trans-Dimensional Bird Whistle], that has more variety of costumes as they get unlocked.
