Speak to Signilda Hardforge at the Training Hall in Stormwind.
Description
Signilda Hardforge has sent word that she wishes to honor you for your mastery of arms and your dedication to the Alliance. Make your way to Stormwind, and speak with her at the Training Hall to the south of Old Town. I do not know what she has planned, but it sounds like she has been impressed with your rapid progress.
