Functions known to require this being called at least one time:

• C_MythicPlus.GetCurrentAffixes()
• C_MythicPlus.GetCurrentSeason()
• C_MythicPlus.GetRunHistory()

Note this is not an exhaustive list and should be updated as more functions are discovered that require this function being called.
