Zulian Scepter of Rites drops from the five high priests (High Priestess Jeklik, High Priestess Mar'li, High Priest Thekal, and High Priestess Arlokk) in Zul'Gurub.
In the Season of Discovery, this weapon can drop with a special visual effect when killing Hakkar with all five priests still alive. This version will have the "Bloodied" tag in the tooltip.
Patch changes
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Removed. - Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Mana per 5 and Intellect converted into Spirit and additional Spell Power.
Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): All items that provide "X mana per five seconds" have had the amount of mana they regenerate increased by approximately 25%. - Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): All items and effects which grant bonuses to spell damage and spell healing are being consolidated into a single stat, Spell Power.
Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): Items and enchantments that provide bonus healing now also provide a smaller number of bonus spell damage. - Patch 2.1.0 (2007-05-22): Now Main Hand instead of One-Hand.
