Notes and trivia
- It bears the appearance of the
[Ancient Hakkari Manslayer] from the original Zul'Gurub raid. - Unlike the Ancient Hakkari Manslayer and [Zin'jun's Dwarf-Cleaver], the Zandalari Head-Cleaver has no default enchant glow and is Bind on Equip rather than Bind on Pickup, allowing it to be sold on the auction house.
