- Use: Coats a weapon with poison that lasts for 1 hour.
Each strike has a chance of poisoning the enemy, causing 252 Nature damage and reducing all healing effects used on them by 10% for 15 sec. - Classes: Rogue
- Requires Level 40
- Sell Price: 37
Wound Poison II could previously be crafting using the Rogue Poisons ability.

Patch changes
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Removed.
Hotfix (2010-01-07): The bonus damage rogues gain from attack power for poisons has been decreased.
Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Redesigned to have its chance to be applied based on the speed of the weapon (frequency-based).
Hotfix (2009-02-18): Wound Poison now has a PvP duration of 10 seconds.
Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14):
- No longer stacks, reduces healing by 50%.
- Healing reduction to the target no longer stacks with
[Aimed Shot],
[Mortal Strike], or
[Furious Attacks].
