The Dead Thief and the deed.
Westfall Deed is the deed for a pumpkin farm belonging to Theodore and Verna Furlbrow. It was stolen by a thief, who then met with an unfortunate end. The thief and the deed can be found at Hogger Hill[24.8, 95.3] in southwestern Elwynn Forest.
