[Relics of a Fallen Empire] achievement and are buffed with Mudskunk Aroma from the nearby Gurubashi Villagers. Fishing up this item or the 
[Jostled Gurubashi Cache] will award the [Deadliest Cache].
The container contains a Hakkari Bijou, some Classic profession materials, and a slim chance at otherwise-unobtainable drops.
