Wanderers, Dreamers, and You is an exploration achievement earned for celebrating the wandering spirit of Liu Lang, the first pandaren to leave Pandaria after the Sundering.
Locations
The Wanderer's Festival is located on Turtle Beach [72.3, 31.3] in Krasarang Wilds.
First ceremony lasts from 9pm to 9:23pm, and the second goes from 11pm to 11:23pm. These events are based on Pacific time, not server, and only occur on Sunday.
