The Waist of Time is looted from Grimmy's Rusty Lockbox at the unnamed dwarven farm in Arathi Highlands after completing the It's a Waist of Time puzzle.
Notes
Initially datamined in BfA beta build 26624, part of the belt featured a swinging pendulum. It was subsequently removed the following build.[1]
