First, you face off Misha. Continue through the area, defeating aqir.

Aggro Rexxar: Rexxar yells: Your flesh will feed my beasts, and your soul will feed N'Zoth!; Rexxar yells: Come, my pets! Serve your master!; C'Thuffer, Huffer, Ruffer, and Suffer join Rexxar in the attack.; Rexxar yells: My beasts will devour you!; Rexxar yells: Hunt them down!; Rexxar yells: N'Zoth commands more than mere animals!
