Alliance–Horde War

- The reasons are here and here: I don't know of Taurajo, but saying that the Forsaken are only defending themselves is just false. They are trying to wipe out all the living beings from Lordaeron, and they're doing it without any mercy and using a weapon that Garrosh forbid them to use, against innocents (for example, at Southshore); this is a cruel genocidal campaign, and I'm not pro-Alliace. I like the Forsaken, but this doesn't mean that I justify what they are doing.
- When you delete "cruel genocidal campaign" from the sentence what remains is that Drek'Thar despises the Forsaken, and this is also false: Drek'Thar despises their actions, not the Forsaken themselves (see Matters of Loyalty#Notes).
- Ok, I agree for Taurajo; I didn't follow that part of history, but from what I read what you say it's true. But the Forsaken are another thing. I'm not speaking of Gilneas (that was, more or less, a normal war), but of the other events in Lordaeron. Southshore could also have been a military staging ground, but it was first of all a city full of civilians, that have been slaughtered without chances to flee, as have been the people of the Hillsbrad Fields, exactly like the citizens of Taurajo.
- There are other examples: in
[5-30] Rise, Forsaken, Sylvanas herself says "Human refugees, driven from their holdings in Hillsbrad, have fled to Fenris Isle in hopes of escaping defeat at our hands. [...] You are to take Agatha with you to Fenris Isle and slaughter all humans. She will raise the fallen as Forsaken"; killing civilian refugees and turning them in Forsaken is self defense? There is even a quest where an apothecary tasks you to transform a life-sprouting field in a dead land piece without any reason except that he finds the growing plants horrifying. As I said before, the Forsaken are trying to eradicate all the life from Lordaeron: this is called genocide. -- Forco sussura agli abissi 09:15, 1 April 2011 (UTC)
- I didn't know of Whitesteed journal, thanks for the indication (anyway, it's umprobably that they received words of the attack from the Forsaken themselves). I think that their actions are dictated by the need to survive and also the hatred, both understandable. For me it's ok to leave "Drek'Thar, who despises the Forsaken's campaign" (or, better, something like "the Forsaken's way to make war"). As for Taurajo, for me it could also be stated that it was a massacre because the Alliance men didn't follow their general's orders, but if you have found a compromise with Sports it's fine.
- Personally, I think that the Forsaken are not in war with the Argent Crusade because they're not strong enough (for now) and because this would cause the rage of all the other Horde leaders, and an almost certain expulsion from the Horde. As said before, I like the Forsaken (mainly for their tragic story, as you said :) ), so I was really not trying to make disinformation. -- Forco sussura agli abissi 18:35, 1 April 2011 (UTC)

Seriously dude, you can't just remove text from the Alliance Horde war page unless you can prove that it didn't actually happen. You're just vandalizing the page because you want the Horde to be seen in a better light to the point where you're twisting the truth. Don't let me catch you removing text with citations again or I'll report you. (Sports72Xtrm (talk) 06:44, 17 May 2011 (UTC))
