Actually, don't use that boilerplate for formatting the item tooltip itself (you can and should use it for the actual article). For creating the tooltip, I'd advise using {{Tooltip}}. Sorry about forgetting to mention that. ;P--Sky 03:53, 3 February 2007 (EST)
