your edits to Legionnaire's

The correct formatting is actually Legionnaire's Band, not the other way around. The other article items need to be split up. I've edited Honor rewards/Finger to only show the level 58 Band; it only needed the addition of parentheses. --Sky (talk | con | wh) 06:39, 23 December 2007 (UTC)

Look back at Honor rewards/Finger, Legionnaire's is broken again in that the other rings show all levels but this only shows the level 58 ring. Also look at  [Protector's Band], this ring is the Alliance version of the exact same thing and displays all 5 rings on the single page.
Also, having the rings on 5 different pages is pointless as they don't even have any links apart from the main [Legionnaire's Band] page and wastes time if you want to see the upgrades you get. Not everyone is level 58 and as such the lootbox in Honor rewards/Finger needs to have all rings, not just the 58. Feragore 06:54, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
Then split the pages. Regardless of how many links there are to the items, there should be one page per item. The lootbox can handle all of the rings; have no fear of that. The items just need adding to the template. --Sky (talk | con | wh) 06:57, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
I've been playing around with the lootbox by checking preview. I can't get the split items to lay themselves out as they used to in columns. No matter what I try (with my very limited knowledge of wiki script) it just lays the rings out from left to right. If the items must be split, then I can't persue this any further. They align from left to right because the other items which are done inproperly are forcing them. A test edit (or two) should show you how the template works; all that is required is that, again, the pages be split. --Sky (talk | con | wh) 07:16, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
Ah, thanks. I couldn't see how that would work, considering the other ring sets are in a 1x4 block. I didn't want to attempt splitting the others if it would make my target page broken beyond belief (as it was the page I saw when looking at rewards for level 60). I've added a general description to the disambiguation page  [Legionnaire's Band] to make it seem more useful when its clicked on, and will work on the other three rings. May take an hour or two, as I'm still trying to figure the script out. I'll post back on the talk page to let you when it's done so you can check it, as I'm also not sure on the policies (which I'd imagine you'd gather from me not knowing the one-item-per-page rule). Looks good. Welcome to the wiki.--Sky (talk | con | wh) 08:36, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
Thanks, you got me on an edit conflict so my first bit doesn't apply (considering you've seen it). It looks good on my end, but I messed up a few times. One such screw-up would be the creation of a useless page Protector's Ring.
Not sure if that would be grounds to label me as one of those known trolls, just an accident when typing address URLs (it was the first ring set I did, so I was quite disorganised). I did add a very lengthy reason to the speedy deletion tag that I added, though it is vandalism in the sense that the wiki is wasting server space on useless pages like that >.<. <outdent> If it's just one of those oopsies moments, just say it is (no need to be long winded). ;) It happens; preparing the test edit took me 3 or 4 tries (more because of not-use of the preview button). Life goes on. --Sky (talk | con | wh) 08:50, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
