Again, welcome! --Warchiefthrall (talk) 23:57, 3 October 2008 (UTC)

Hi,

I have replied your post on the paladin builds talk page.

btw, I also read your new build. A few comments I would like to say: yes, strength is useless now. However, it is important in WotLK because of the major buff in strength to block value conversion and the new Hammer of the Righteousness. I won't say Divine Strength is a core tanking talent in WotLK but you will see quite a lot of tankadins speccing it. Besides, Divine Guardian is useful for OT but MT probably won't benefit much from it.

Cheers!

Wow, If Strength is used for the block value conversion, practically everything in the paladin's prot tree would be worth having at one point or another. Do you know if Divine Guardian may provide more aggro for the paladin, kind of how the ret aura used to work?

No, Divine Guardian does not help aggro according to my understanding. In fact, there is hardly any situation that a MT can use it because now it is activated when using Divine Shield but not Divine Protection. If you use Divine Shield when tanking, your aggro is temporarily dropped to zero.
