San'layn

Dagonaut,

You added the note "This seems to be false, as testing it resulted in the word Isera'duna as Thalassian for "Darkfallen"." to the San'layn page, and I removed it with this edit.

I assumed that by "testing" it, you were referring to having a blood elf player character say the word "Darkfallen" in Thalassian to a player character that did not speak Thalassian. If that is what you did, then it is likely inaccurate. Player characters that do that are not actually speaking Thalassian. Rather, they are speaking using words generated by an algorithm that replaces the typed words with other words that sound Thalassian based on the number of letters in the original words (see Thalassian#Thalassian_word_parser). "Isera'duna" could be several ten-letter words. It is a common mistake.

I recognize how much of an extreme, disheartening insult it is when a user undoes an edit that was in good faith with no explanation. I recognize my careless mistake and vehemently apologize. It is my hope that you will not be put off by this, and continue contributing. If you do not, that is alright and I understand.
