Why

Although this page is "Alliance only" in its current form, the same basic strategy can be used by Horde players with the names changed. It is pointed to in two places and both pages are overly long already.

This is an overall strategy, not a tactic for a particular spot on the field.

Merging it with Alliance Battleground strategies might be appropriate, but it won't fit without some extensive editing. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ballast (talk · contr). 22:54, 5 June 2008

A) Why is it called "Bury's Rush"? That would be nice to know. B) Why does this deserve it's own article? Hence the {{merge}} tag. C) If it's an Alliance only strategy, then it should be in the name like "Bury's Rush (Alliance tactic)".
If you have an article idea that is unfinished, don't post it without something like {{stub/Strategy}} or at least some mention in the article that it isn't done. --Gengar orange 22x22.png Fandyllic (talk · contr) 5:54 PM PST 5 Jun 2008
It is called Bury's Rush because it is a bum rush promoted by Bury (Arygos). It seems to have been developed by him as well, but evidence is lacking one way or another.
I think it would be nice if each strategy had it's own article. Pixels are cheap and it seems to me to be this Wiki's policy.
However some seem to think this strategy is lame. Although it has a fair success rate (no I don't have statistics) it isn't really designed to win games, but to gain honor quickly. If this is morally wrong, then maybe the page should be removed to eliminate temptation?
I like the idea of "Bury's Rush (Alliance tactic)". However tactics and strategy have been a hobby of mine for decades and, although the dividing line between the two isn't always clear, this seems to fall on the strategy side. Still that's only a semantic quibble. Ballast (talk) 14:44, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
