Welcome to the Help Team. Feel free to add any ideas for projects or tasks. I have been mostly going about the help team stuff alone so I haven't been discussing the projects and such in depth, if you have questions feel free to hit up my talk page or the discussion area of the help team. Since you are learning Lua you might was to keep an eye on the reference desk section for mods and answer any questions that appear there. I have programmed in many many languages, but have barely looked at Lua code, so that is definetly an asset that will be useful.
