Ideally mw-customcollapsible-* would have a mw-customtogglegrouped-* to support expand/collapse all instead of just mw-customtoggle-* which inverts all, as currently it can't handle sub-groups correctly, but just disabling sub-group toggles so they can't go out of sync is better than nothing for now.
