The massacre at Orgrimmar.
An exploit used by a player on 7 October 2012 caused a massacre in some major cities, especially Stormwind and Orgrimmar, resulting in the deaths of NPCs and players who happen to be there. The exploit was hotfixed later that day.[1][2]
The player that did the exploit were able to use a level one character that ran to the major cities.[3]
