The Encounter

Scratchlin's Abilities

•  Scratching Pull — Scratchlin pulls a target toward him with a barbed metal hook. This deals heavy physical damage initially and applies a bleed debuff for 30 seconds.
•  Itchy Strikes — Scratchlin has a 70% chance to deal bonus shadow damage with all of his auto attacks and a 15% chance to stun a target for 5 seconds with his auto attacks.
•  Shocking Regurgitation — Scratchlin regurgitates a Punished Loyalist, dazing all enemies for 10 seconds and causing the regurgitated add to aid him in the fight.

Punished Loyalist's Abilities

•  Flaming Tears — The loyalist is constantly crying flames, dealing fire damage to anyone who comes within 10 yards of them. This add stands in place until it dies or the fight ends.

Achievement

• Eternal Misery and Pain - Defeat Scratchlin without putting a single Punished Loyalist out of their misery. Nice job, 'hero'.
