Wave One: Flow of Blood

Lady Olnesha orders Prince Prinethaz, twenty Darkfallen Battlemaidens, twenty Darkfallen Bloodletters, and ten Darkfallen Blightcallers to attack her enemies.

Prince Prinethar Abilities

•  Triple Blood Strike — Prinethar lashes out three times with solid blood magic, dealing heavy shadow damage to enemies within 50 yards in front of him and applying a bleed debuff to all enemies in front of him for 15 seconds.
•  Feeding Spree — Prinethar darts from target to target and bites their necks, dealing 120% weapon damage and healing himself by 1% of his maximum health for each attack.

Darkfallen Battlemaidens Abilities

•  Surprising Chomp — The battlemaiden uses their charm to put a target to sleep for 10 seconds, during which they start to bite them with enlarged fangs and deal massive amounts of physical damage per second.

Darkfallen Bloodletters Abilities

•  Letting Strike — The bloodletter strikes their primary target with incredible bleed, dealing 20% of their health as physical damage and applying a bleed debuff for 5 seconds.

Darkfallen Blightcallers Abilities

•  Shadow Call — The blightcaller summons a shadowy circle on the ground beneath a target, encasing said target in dark chains for 10 seconds, which stuns them and deals heavy shadow damage per second.

Wave Two: Crimson Tide

Lady Olnesha orders Prince Margethrin, thirty Darkfallen Banishers, and thirty Darkfallen Bannermen to attack her enemies.

Prince Margethrin Abilities

•  Gorey Grin — Margethrin flashes all targets in front of him a glance at his bloody teeth, causing them to throw up, which stuns them for 10 seconds and deals heavy nature damage per second.

Darkfallen Banishers Abilities

•  Crimson Banishment — The banisher banishes their target in a cloud of red mist for 10 seconds, causing them to be unable to do anything while it lasts and reducing them to 50% of their health after the effect is done.

Darkfallen Bannermen Abilities

•  San'layn Banner — The banner man places a Banner of the San'layn which increases their allies' attack speed by 300% until it is destroyed.

Wave Three: Fallen End

Lady Olnesha approaches to attack players herself as a final attempt at dealing with them.

Lady Olnesha Abilities

•  Seductive Smile — Olnesha flashes a seductive, enchanted smile at her target, forcing them to attack their allies with 200% increased maximum health for 20 seconds.

Achievement

• Victim to Nothing - Complete the Lady Olnesha encounter without anyone being effected by Triple Blood Strike or Gorey Grin.
