Thomas Deathwell is the first boss in the Twilight Encampment raid for World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria, introduced in Patch 5.2.2. Thomas is a Death Knight, following the trend of class bosses in the raid. He is a DPS race, as while he doesn't have many abilities, his enrage timer is very short and he must be taken down quickly.
Description
Thomas Carpenter was a normal happy-go-lucky man until the Scourge came. After he was resurrected as a Death Knight and soon afterwards abandoning the Scourge, Thomas came across the Twilight's Hammer who kidnapped him and warped his mind. During the Cataclysm, Thomas stood his ground and kept the encampment secret and protected as he watched the Twilight's Hammer dwindle in number. Now consumed by rage for his fallen bretheren in life, undeath and in twilight, Thomas isn't going to let any foolish adventurers enter the encampment willingly...
Abilites
- Blood Presence: Thomas activates his Blood Presence, causing all attacks he does to heal him for 1% of his health. His speed increases by 25% aswell as his attack speed.
- Frost Presence: Thomas activates his Frost Presence, causing all attacks to do a stacking debuff known as Bone Chill, which does stacking frost damage and armor reduction.
- Bone Chill: Does increasing frost damage which does damage over time. Stacks up to 30 times.
- Unholy Presence: Thomas activates his Unholy Presence, causing all of his attacks to do the same damage over six seconds, reduces attack speed to attack per 6.00 seconds.
- Enrage: Thomas tires of the battle and activates all of his presences, and heals himself to full health.
- Summon Ghouls: Thomas summons multiple Ghouls which sorround the room and close in, killing everyone but Thomas in the room.
