Lady Blauemeux, she who holds the Scales of Death amongst the Four Horsemen of Naxxramas.
Lady Blaumeux's Abilities
Rune Strike — Deals 125% weapon damage to the target.
Desecration — Corrupts the ground underfoot Blaumeux, dealing damage to anyone standing on it and reducing their movement speed.
Unholy Wrath of Blaumeux — Inflicts the target with periodic shadow damage. Every 5 seconds attempts to leap to another target. Increases in power by 50% with every jump.
Charge of the Apocalypse — Blaumeux conjures the shade of a horsemen, sending it charging across the chamber. Anyone caught in their path takes damage and is afflicted with the Mark of the Apocalypse.
Mark of the Apocalypse — Deals periodic shadow damage. Stacks to 99. Can only be removed when Blaumeux is slain.
Dancing Runesword of Zeliek — Summons Zeliek's Runesword, which attacks random targets and periodically casts Holy Bolt.
Dancing Runeblade of Rivendare — Summons Rivendare's Runeblade, which attacks random targets and periodically deals extra shadow damage with Unholy Shadowstrike.
Dancing Runeaxe of Korth'azz — Summons Korth'azz's Runeaxe, which attacks random targets and periodically casts Whirlwind.
Heroic Mode
The following abilities are gained in heroic mode, in addition to the above normal mode abilities.
Shadow Meteor — Randomly drops dark meteors from above, which deal shadow damage to any nearby targets.
Rune Shield — Lady Blaumeux receives 33% less damage for every active Rune Weapon.
Blade Apocalypse — All 3 runeweapons cast whirlwind and move randomly around the chamber. Cast at 10% health. Their movement speed increases over time.
Unhallowed Ground — Runeweapons that are rendered inert will produce an aura of deathly energy around them where they fall. Anyone within this aura takes shadow damage periodically.
Unholy Strength — Increases a rune weapons attack and spell power. Gained whenever a rune weapon revives after being rendered inert. Stacks to 99.
Strategy
Blaumeux will use all of her abilities throughout the encounter. She conjures Zeliek, Rivendare, and Korth'azz's runeweapons at 80%, 75%, and 60% health. Rune weapons can be attacked and rendered inert to halt their attack, but they will revive after 20 seconds.
Heroic Strategy
In addition to her normal mode abilities, Blaumeux will gain several powerful new abilities, and she will become more powerful with every runeweapon that is active.
Achievements
- Balance the Scales - Defeat Lady Blaumeux after rendering the three Dancing Rune Weapons of Lady Blaumeux inert within ten seconds of each other, at any point during the combat.
