Urel Stoneheart was the first earthen king. He received 
[Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings] from the titans themselves. With it he was to create and give life to the rest of his brethren.
Urel Stoneheart's hammer Val'anyr was shattered during the first war between the earthen and the iron dwarves and its remnants were believed lost in the conflict. But the hammer's fragments were later found in Ulduar, with which the hammer was reforged by throwing the fragments into liquefied saronite inside Yogg-Saron, and was retrieved after the Old God's defeat.[1][2][3]
