Untapped Forbidden Knowledge is obtained from rare-elites and treasure chests in the Forbidden Reach and from the  [Sack of Oddities]. Use it to upgrade Primal Infused catch-up armor from item level 385 to item level 395 at item upgraders like Researcher Baneflare at Morqut Village.
