The Twilight Cauldron is a cauldron bubbling near Gar'gol's Hovel in Mount Hyjal. The Twilight's Hammer are using it to mix a formula that is particularly noxious. (The hero finds this out by dumping it out so he can use it to brew a potion of his own. Nearby plant life dies immediately on contact.)
The hero brews a draught that is horrible to see or smell, but not harmful so much as shocking - the hero uses it to shock people who have been enslaved and mind controlled by the Twilight's Hammer out of their madness.
