Torn Recipe Scraps come from the 
[Recipe Rat], found by interacting with the Recipe Rat in a random room of the Zskera Vaults. Players with 
[Fine Aged Cheddar] in their bags can interact with the rat to pick up 2-7 recipe scraps, of which thirty are necessary to create 
[Ratcipe: Deviously Deviled Eggs].
