Tokyopop (stylized as TOKYOPOP) is a publisher of manga, manhwa, and graphic novels. In 2005, Tokyopop entered a licensing agreement with Blizzard Entertainment to produce manga based on World of Warcraft and StarCraft.

Blizzard Entertainment ended the six-year-long licensing agreement with Tokyopop in 2011 due to internal restructuring at Tokyopop and Blizzard's inability to consistently oversee and co-develop the manga projects in a timely manner.[1] Cryptozoic Entertainment partnered with Blizzard to digitally republish select World of Warcraft and StarCraft manga titles originally licensed to Tokyopop, following Tokyopop's restructuring and exit from publishing.[2]
