• Use: Shoot the targeted Frost Leopard or Icepaw Bear to tranquilize them into a light sleep. Cannot be used while in combat or on frost leopards or icepaw bears that are in combat. (5 Sec Cooldown)

To'kini's Blowgun is provided as an objective for  [20-30] Tails Up. It is used to put Frost Leopards and Icepaw Bears into sleep.

Notes

• This item cannot be used while in combat.
• As soon as you shoot the target you'll be engaged into combat.
