- Use: Search for someone in trouble. Can only be used from Thonk's guard tower.
Thonk's Spyglass is provided for 
[1-30] Lost in the Floods. It must be used four times to complete the quest, and triggers a short cutscene with each use. If the cinematic is canceled before it is complete, no quest credit will be given.
