The Thirsty Otter.

The Thirsty Otter appears to be an inn, although it is not currently staffed. It is located by the Old Drust Road just past the bridge east of Vigil Hill in Tiragarde Sound. A cartfull of refugees from Vigil Hill have made a stop here.
