Objectives
Acquire a Rune Vessel suitable to your class, and two different Missives. These items can be obtained through crafting, or can be found on the Auction House.

Description
The final components you'll need to acquire are... vessels... rune vessels! Items to hold the power that will be imbued.
And... powers? No... missives? Yes! Missives will grant your item power to increase your own personal strengths. But they can not be the same. No, the two must be of different benefits.
All of these can be obtained from souls with the correct crafting knowledge. Or if you yourself are versed in such ways, I could offer you some of my crafting knowledge as well.
