Description
For just one 
[Darkmoon Game Token], you can ride the Blastenheimer 5000 Ultra Cannon. But the fun doesn't end there! We've placed a target in the water near the boardwalk.
If you can score five points from your landing, you can win some prize tickets!
A bullseye gets you five points, a close shot three, and landing at least near it gets you one.

Notes
It requires one [Darkmoon Game Token] per launch from the cannon. You are given a buff and a vehicle interface button that gives you a button to cancel the buff. (Or, you can click the buff off as normal, if you really wish.)
A bullseye nets you 5 points (and the achievement 
[Blastenheimer Bullseye]). Landing within the ring nets you 3, and landing close gets you one point. Like most carnie games, while you CAN win with one ticket, it is pretty difficult.
Speak with Teleportologist Fozlebub to quickly get back to the cannon for a fee of 30
.
