Objectives

Enter the Fracture Chambers within Torghast and defeat its warden.

Description

The longer you stay within Torghast, the more difficult it becomes for me to hold our tether.

But I will not let go of our bond.

I sense the Jailer's forces, but I also feel another energy: Maldraxxi forces. Strange.

Beyond that, the faint echoes of another living soul. Let us hope it is one of our allies, and not some foul trick.

Keep pressing onward.

Notes

Back into Torghast and take the second portal to reach the Fracture Chambers.

Highlord Bolvar Fordragon says: How these Maldraxxi prisoners were taken, we cannot know. But they must be freed from their torment.

Get near captured Maldraxxi to free them. They will help fight along the way.

On the sixth floor, as the party prepares to fight Custodian Thonar:

Kuang the Conqueror says: At last we find the end of our cell block. Long have we been imprisoned within these halls.
Kuang the Conqueror says: I must thank you... for giving me hope once more.
Kuang the Conqueror says: Come. Together we will destroy this warden and earn our freedom again.
Kuang the Conqueror says: What's this! A jailer formed of our own?! This cannot be...
Custodian Thonar yells: NO ESCAPE. NO HOPE.
Kuang the Conqueror says: I... we've done this before! This whole charade, to give us hope only to dash it away?

Defeat Thonar to end this quest and begin The Soulforges.
