Description

The document is a report from one of Razorgore's underlings. There are rumors that some Blackrock orcs are hiding illicit magical artifacts in the storehouse. It is unclear whether this a simple smuggling operation, or something deeper.

Either way, it sounds like a lucrative score. Best go alone to avoid detection. No need to split the loot either.

Notes

Enter Lower Blackrock Spire solo and stealth through Hordemar City to the hallway outside Halycon's Lair to find the Rage Talon Quartermaster. Pickpocket it to get the  [Storehouse Key] and use it to unlock the Storehouse. Opening the Blackrock Reliquary within will spawn the Syndicate Infiltrator; defeat her and she will become neutral and allow you to turn in the quest.
