Terror Spawns are elite sha mobs found in the Terrace of Endless Spring. They are adds in the Sha of Fear encounter and do not move from their spawn point.
Abilities
Dark Bulwark — Dark energy forms a shield in front of the caster, deflecting spells and attacks made from the front.
Penetrating Bolt — Hurls a bolt of Sha energy at a player's location, inflicting 46188 to 51049 Shadow damage to enemies within 4 yards of the impact point. Affected enemies take 25% increased Shadow damage for 15 sec.
